PREVIEW FAQs

 

  1. How do I get my username and password:  If previewing your video is part of your service, your username and password will be emailed to you.
  2. The video does not display or play correctly:
    1. Check you internet connection.
    2. Letting the video load before playback may also help.
    3. You may need to update your flash player:  Please check what version you have.  Adobe has an online tool to check for what versions you have of their player or if there are discrepancies in your installed adobe flash player(s).
    4. To view the demo reels, please contact me for log-in information.  You may also need an updated Windows Media Player or codec.
    5. For Mac computers, Safari may not work as well with flash.  Flash is handled better by Firefox.
